Election Day Is Here, Hoorah! Hoorah!

I often describe the State of the Union as my Superbowl…which it is, but Election Day in a presidential election year is bigger than that. (What’s bigger than the Superbowl?) I think, like the 4th of July, that Election night should be finished with a giant display of fireworks. To me, it is Independence Day. I voted already and spoke to my neighbors who were also walking to the polls. Everyone is feeling happy and confident. Excitement is in the air. I do believe that people want change, and thank Heavens for that!

A few notes when voting.
*If you see anything suspicious like extra ballots being handed out or people being turned away SAY SOMETHING. Find a poll watcher and tell them.
*If anyone tries to stop you from entering a polling place, call the police and report them
*Do not…I REPEAT DO NOT stay home if you hear your state is called for Obama before you vote. The State-run media is trying their hardest to trick you into staying home. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

The black panthers are back (or Obama Goon Squad as I call them) in Philly. This cannot continue. If any of you are in PA, call the authorities to handle this mess. They should not be in front of or anywhere near any polling station. DO NOT believe any of the “Fear Porn” (h/t Kevin @ HillBuzz) out there about Romney losing. Don’t read it if it scares you and don’t pass it around either. Fear porn is BAD FOR YOU. And fear porn peddlers need to be put out of business.

And I want to leave you with words from the great Ronald Reagan to remind you what we are really facing. One of the things that bothers me so much about the left is their disdain for looking back, but those who don’t learn from history are destined to repeat it. Appeasement and making nice with terrorists will never work in our favor…See Libya. ‘Nough said.

Umm, politically, Obama is actually pretty close to Reagan. Much closer than Romney would be. American politics have just shifted so far to the right that he looks like the liberal candidate by comparison.

    • This is delusional thinking. You clearly know nothing of Ronald Reagan. What an insult to his memory. Obama believes government is the answer to every question. Reagan believed it was the obstacle in the way of every solution. You really need to study more history. But don’t try it at a university. Just go to the library and pick up a book about Reagan’s life written by someone who didn’t hate him.
