So I’m sure some of you are wondering where I’ve been and why I haven’t been posting as much. Or maybe you don’t care about it at all! Either way, I’m just tired. The trip took a lot out of me and my oldest got a cold and now I have it. There is nothing worse than the moment you realize you’re sick. Those first waking moments when you try to swallow and feel like someone poured acid down your throat. Nice.
So while I’m not soaking my sinuses and drinking hot tea I’m writing for NRB and that takes up a lot of my time and so I’m just neglecting the blog because I’m the boss and I can if I want to. I like being the boss. It would be better if it came with a paycheck though.
A few updates, we are making progress with the donations for the radio show! We’ve raised half of the total cost! So thank you very much and remember that no amount is too small. Every dollar helps and if you should have an extra one to send, simply click on the bright red donate button at the top right side of the page! All credit cards accepted with major gratitude!
Next Sunday night at 10pm CST, I have a very special guest on the program, Doug Giles, author of Raising Righteous and Rowdy Girls. He is the father of Hannah and Regis Giles, two young ladies who are very accomplished and are taking the world by storm. You will remember Hannah Giles from the ACORN videos where she played a prostitute asking for tax assistance to hide underage illegals. Classic.
Doug is also a good friend of mine and an incredible artist whose work can be seen here. If it weren’t for Doug taking an interest in my work and being a mentor I would not have the motivation or opportunities I have today. So tune in on Sunday on BlogTalkRadio to hear all about Doug’s new book and what’s happening in his world.
Meanwhile, I’m going back to bed.
